All essays have to be revised by the end of Wednesday + the last assignment is due.

Decide on a topic and write your thesis statement (please use the google doc that I sent you on your 4j email). 

Devoirs pour vendredi 30 octobre:
Come up with 1 or 2 theme analysis topics in Much Ado About Nothing you would like to explore in an essay.

Character analysis

Devoirs pour jeudi 22 octobre
Work on your character analysis by strengthening the wording of your thesis, finding quotes to back up your arguments, or write your "found" poem.

Devoirs pour le mois d'octobre

• Devoirs pour mardi 20 octobre:
Complete the summaries and the analysis of act V - Find a few quotes for your character analysis.

you need to find ± 4 quotes that reveal who the character is through
1) character says,
2) other characters say about your character.
You also need to find quotes that reveal 3) what the character thinks and 4) how he looks (this might be a little more challenging). 
Students started the assignment in class, and will have in class Tuesday to complete their findings. We will then (Thursday) work on displaying the analysis.

Work on act 5 (summaries / analysis) - Make sure your folder is in order (all corrected summaries/analysis should be placed and in order).

Complete the summaries and the analysis of act IV - Continue reading of Act V to line 194

• Devoirs pour jeudi 8 octobre: 
Work on the summaries and analysis of act IV (we read the entire act in class) - This work can be turned in on Monday.

• Devoirs pour mardi 6 octobre:
Complete the summaries and analysis of act III. Make sure to include what we said during class.

• Devoirs pour vendredi 2 octobre:
Finish scene iii + read scene iv of Act III - Continue your summary/analysis of the dialogue.
